Ceramic knives, this means instead of the blade being made out of steel it's made out of ceramic. Due to their hardness, they can be very brittle meaning they can easily chip, crack or break. Most tools that would sharpen a steel knife may not necessarily sharpen a ceramic knife.

Bakeries! Their knives tend to be overlooked and most of them are the serrated knives. Yes they do get dull and yes we do sharpen those too🤗
