We are looking to recruit suppliers who can supply us with sweet potatoes among other farm produce crops.
For sweet potatoes, below are the descriptions for the quality we want.
*Colour:
- Red peel, yellow core, sweet taste
- Creamy flesh well colored
- Stringy texture

*Shape:
-Oval or elongated tuber crooked/ constricted, not badly disfigured
*Weight: 200 grams to 500 grams /pieces.
*Classification: Selected carefully, not washed, and no worm,
