A little update from the farm… 🌶️

A lot has been happening behind the scenes. We’ve been harvesting over the past few weeks, our seedlings have been transplanted, looking healthy, red chillies have dried beautifully and are now ready for sorting and processing… and even our rosemary is coming along nicely. 🌿

It’s business as usual over here. Farming, processing, learning, adjusting and doing our best to keep growing in what has been a very difficult economy.

Quietly putting in the work. One harvest, one plant and one step at a time. 🌶️🌱

We keep growing. 💚

Growth never stops. 🌱

This week we planted a new section, expanding our chilli project to a quarter acre. The goal remains the same: healthy crops, efficient systems, and continuous improvement as we work towards utilizing the full acreage available.

With the dry season setting in, our focus shifts to one critical thing… water management. Every drop counts, and we’re putting systems in place to ensure our plants get exactly what they need while minimizing waste.

Step by step, acre by acre, we’re building something special.

190KG HARVESTED! 🌶️🔥

This past weekend marked our biggest harvest yet! a massive 190kg!
What started as a vision continues to grow through hard work, consistency, patience and teamwork every single day on the farm.

Every harvest teaches us something new, and every season pushes us closer to our goals. The team has been putting in countless hours to make sure we keep improving, and the results are finally showing.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come… but we’re nowhere near done.
Next target: 400KG. 📈🌶️

The grind continues.
