For Gor Mahia to fly to and from Mombasa for a match, they spend close to KSh 500K. 2023 Kenya Women's Premier League champions Vihiga Queens went home with KSh 1 million. It is a big joke."

"You play for nine months and then you are given KSh 1 million? For these ladies to move from Nairobi to Mombasa, they spent close to KSh 300k per match," Arocho said.

“A pastor is not your father or mother. Don’t call me dad. I am not your dad; I am you pastor," preacher Tony Kiamah says.

He claimed that calling pastors dad or mum is a deliberate scheme by manipulators.

"When you call a pastor dad, a parent’s word is beyond question. When a pastor carries the title dad, he is basically saying I am beyond question, whatever I say, you carry. That is why they are leading people to death in Shakahola.”

“Jesus was God. How come he didn’t demand the disciples to call him dad? Don’t elevate pastors to the level of your parents. It is not Biblical. Those pastors who are called mum or dad should not write recommendations for the faithful because they are not pastors. They are dad or mum. Kick nonsense out of the church,” Kiamah explained.
