On Monday, my girlfriend caught me cheating. She shouted at me on top of her voice. “She was like; why have you cheated on me; she's not prettier than me, she's a low class. Blah blah blah!” et cetera.

And I gave her much time to speak while the other lady was just looking at her. Then her temper calmed down and then I held the other lady and said, she's softer than you. She's quieter than you. She does not ask much about money, I give her when I have. She's not too demanding. She is not too materialistic or commercial. She understands me. I understand her. She does not shout at me anyhow. She shows me love, care and respect. You don't do this to me. That's why I love her.

In fact, she has always been good to me even before I propose love to you, just that I was blinded with the love that I had for you. It's your bad behavior towards me which made me realize and find my own happiness...

Right now, you are the one who is supposed to say “Mea maxima culpa".
Otherwise, there are other rough men who will tolerate your behaviour.
At least I have given you a free relationship lecture.

ODERA KANG'O was 'Ruoth of Gem'

Odera kang'o was instrumental in the then East Africa Protectorate efforts in clamping down on the Nandi resistance in the 20th Century.
(how)? He offered his men as spy's on Nandi land

In 1915, Kang'o was sent by British to Kampala and on his return,he was filled with high regards for the white man's medicine and sense of fashion.
It's said that it's after his visit to Kampala that he began to feel ashamed of his subjects,Gem and the entire Luo as a nation. Therefore,he made education compulsory for all his subjects (ODERA KANG'O forced Prof. George Magoha's Father get education against his wishes)

Hygiene was strictly enforced just like he had seen in Kampala.

During his visit' he refused to bow done to KABAKA (King of Baganda) as he claimed KABAKA was just a King like him.

Kang'o had no tolerance for laxity,he made his subjects work as he introduced farming and blacksmith, anyone deemed lazy and idle was fined and in some cases beaten.

Europeans loved him for his firmness and hardwork,they regarded him in most of their doings and was even made head of some Christian school in KISMAYU which he failed.

Death Conspiracies!!

Rumors had it that when Odera kang'o had some young British administrator killed in his land (Gem) for treason (entering Gem without permission) British became Bitter with him.Its after that, that the British troops led by some English officer from Nairobi were sent in Gem and captured ODERA KANG'O..he was sent to Exile in KISMAYU and later Nairobi were after some months wanted to release him but..

Due to fear of revolts of Luo as they had earlier planned; "Weuru gi golnwa Kang'o mondo eka wariembgi Gem ka." The British had him killed instead and till date his remains are still not yet found,his exact burial place is not yet discovered similar case to Dedan Kimathi.

19//11/2014 king rested not easy.. GERALD OTIENO K'AJWANG (BADO MAPAMBANO) succumbed. Whole nation was in grief, citizens were mourning the great warrior which was swallowed by the 'rift' Valley..Lake Victoria weeped😢

I can remember vividly,10 PM on a Monday,,we had a 'Sonitec' radio, Ramogi FM was tuned.. something breaking was coming,James Rabala cleared his throat,we waited...

A wealthy white man walked into a bar in Miami. As soon as he entered, he noticed an African woman (black), sitting in one corner. He walked over to the counter, removed his wallet and shouted, "Bartender! I'm buying drinks for everyone in this bar, except that black woman over there!" The bartender collected the money and began serving free drinks to everyone in the bar, except the African woman. Instead of becoming upset, the black woman simply looked up at the guy and shouted, "Thank you!" This infuriated the wealthy guy. So once again, he took out his wallet and shouted, "Waiter! This time I am buying bottles of wine and additional food for everyone in this bar, except for that African sitting in the corner over there!" The bartender collected the money from the man and began serving free food and wine to everyone in the bar except the African. When the waiter finished serving the food and drinks, the African woman simply smiled at the man and said, Thank you!" That made him furious. So he leaned over the counter and asked the bartender, "What is wrong with that black woman? I have bought food and drinks for everyone in this bar except for her, and instead of becoming angry, she just sits there, smiles at me and shouts 'Thank you.' Is she mad?" The bartender smiled at the wealthy man and said, "No, she is not mad. She is the OWNER of this establishment."
