PERCHÉ MI PIACE FARE IL CORSO DI TAGLIO DEL FORMAGGIO? 🧀

🇬🇧 WHY DO I LOVE TEACHING CHEESE CUTTING? 🧀
One of the things I enjoy most is seeing people's faces when they realize that cutting cheese isn't simply about taking a knife and… cutting.
Every cheese has its own structure, its own ageing process, its own personality.
You need to understand it to know how to cut it, how to serve it and, most importantly, how to bring out its best qualities.
Of course, during the course we talk about techniques. But we also talk about territory, tradition and the craftsmanship behind every wheel of cheese.
For me, that's the beauty of it: turning an everyday gesture into a way of understanding and respecting the product.
And then there's always that little moment of surprise when we open a wheel and discover what's inside. 😉
Because cheese is never just cheese.
It's a story that ends up on your plate.
