Every harvest has its own voice.

Our newest Olivando extra virgin olive oil has just left Italy and is now on its way to our logistics facility in the United States.

This year both of our oils bring their own character.

Actually this is quite a relaxing task. Labeling our EVOO Originale. Our first orders will ship this week. It’s coming.

This mower can chop shrubs and bushes and even small branches. In the olive grove is an un replaceable tool.

When it rains you cannot pick olives. But you can mow the grass, destroy blackberries, shave baby oaks (they’ll grow back next year) and get slapped around by olive branches.

Blending olives vs blending oils. They are two separate processes and both have a very important role in creating a superior EVOO. If we use superior products. Too often the term “blend” is associated with low quality oils mixed to create a semi decent or mediocre product. We don’t really care about that.

Here are our last olives to come down from our trees. Yesterday i did some tasting at the mill and I am super exited for this EVOO. I think we are getting good at this.

The 2025 EVOO harvest is officially a wrap! Some amazing people and friends have come to help us pick olives in record time and bring it to the mill within 24 hours.
