prime dicili da reperire sul mercato domestico ma
molto interessanti per chef, pasticcieri e appassionati di

This selection is the result of the overseas trips made by Mattia Pariani over the last few years to introduce abroad his products, always with the curiosity of the explorer with wide opened eyes on other horizons, other fruits, other excellences. Now this experience bring into being a “pantry” of ingredients difficult to source on the domestic market but very interesting for chefs, pastry chefs and cuisine’s fans interested to introduce in their preparations new fragrances, colours and flavours.
