🖤 Nero d'estate, tavole profumate!

Il Tartufo Nero Scorzone matura quando il bosco è caldo, il terreno si asciuga e le giornate si allungano. Sta bene sulla pasta, su un uovo, con le verdure di stagione: basta saperlo accompagnare.

🌿 Senza bosco, non c’è tartufo.

Per questo, per Savini Tartufi, l’ambiente non è un tema da raccontare una volta l’anno. È la condizione concreta di tutto il resto.

Radici, umidità, minerali, sottobosco, flora, fauna: ogni cerca comincia da qui. E da qui comincia anche una responsabilità quotidiana. Perché il tartufo cresce solo dove l’ecosistema è sano, dentro un equilibrio che non si può costruire artificialmente e che si può perdere molto in fretta.
