La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano was born from the long-standing pasta-making tradition of the Moccia family, active for four generations in the heart of Gragnano, a place that has become a symbol of Italian pasta 🇮🇹

The pasta is made using 100% Italian durum wheat semolina from the Apulia-Lucania supply chain and water from the springs of Gragnano. Bronze-die extrusion and slow drying at low temperatures help create a rough surface and a texture that is ideal for holding sauces and condiments 🌾
