Sie kaufen dort ein, wo gefüttert, gemolken und produziert wird. So sind Sie über jeden Arbeitsschritt informiert und können sich ein Bild vo

n der Herkunft unserer Produkte machen. Ziegenmilch gilt als sehr gut verträglich, fördert zudem erwiesenermaßen die Lungenleistung und eignet sich dadurch vor allem für Leistungssportler. Auch kann sie von einem Großteil der Menschen mit Laktose-Intolleranz problemlos verzehrt werden. Und würd‘s nicht anders schmecken, wär‘s auch nichts Besonderes.

🧀 Wir starten wieder in die Käseproduktion.

An unserem Hof beginnt wieder die Zeit des Käsemachens und wir freuen uns schon auf eine neue Saison.
Außerdem sind wir auch heuer wieder beim Käsefestival in Sand in Taufers mit einem Stand vertreten.

Unsere Ziegen genießen derzeit ihre wohlverdiente Winterpause. 🤎
Bis März dürfen sie sich ausruhen und neue Kraft für die kommende Saison sammeln.

Unser Hofladen bleibt aber nach wie vor geöffnet:

Dort findet ihr weiterhin Käse und viele weitere Produkte von Bäuerinnen und Bauern aus der Umgebung.
