Ragi Cookies

Great Recipe
Ingredients:
• Ragi flour – 1 cup
• Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
• Cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
• Jaggery powder – 1 cup
• Ghee – 1/2 cup
• Baking powder – 1/2 tbsp
• Milk – 6–7 tbsp
• Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
• Choco chips (optional)
Method:
1️⃣ Take a bowl and add jaggery powder, ghee, and vanilla essence. Mix well.
2️⃣ Add ragi flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix to get a sandy texture.
3️⃣ Add milk and make a soft dough (neither too hard nor too soft).
4️⃣ Pinch small balls, roll in palm, and shape into cookies. Add choco chips on top.
5️⃣ Preheat airfryer and bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.
6️⃣ Check and bake another 5–10 minutes if needed.
