Soak all the dals at mid-day and blend them at night 🌞➡️🌙
Ingredients to soak together (in one bowl):
1. ತೋಗರೆ ಬೇಳೆ (Toor Dal) – ¼ cup 🫘
2. ಉದ್ದಿನ ಬೇಳೆ (Urad Dal) – 1 cup 🌾
3. ಮಸೂರ್ ದಾಲ್ (Masoor Dal) – ¼ cup 🍲
4. ಹೆಸರು ಬೇಳೆ (Moong Dal) – ¼ cup 🌿
5. ಕಡಲೇ ಬೇಳೆ(Chana dal ) ¼th cup
6. ಮೆಂತ್ಯ (Fenugreek Seeds) – 1 tsp ✨
In another bowl:
ಅಕ್ಕಿ (Rice) – 4 cup 🍚
📌 Note:
Soak all ingredients separately at mid-day and blend them together at night for a smooth batter.
Try this with potato sabhji and fresh coconut chutney 😍 🥰
This combo is great for crispy & nutritious dosa — rich in protein and easy to digest! 😋💪
