Do the nervousness and the jitters ever go away? Honestly, not yet.
We’ve had a solid few months - above target sales, high conversion, and so many of you coming back for more. But shipping to a brand-new city still feels like starting over. Every pincode has its own personality, and we know that what our Mumbai customers love, Pune might see differently. It’s a constant game of learning to understand you better.
Then there’s the "boring" business reality. Expansion is exciting, but it’s a cash flow game. Every new city means more working capital stuck in inventory. It’s a leap of faith, every single time.
In exactly 2 days, our first shipment goes live on Blinkit in Pune. We’re nervous, we’re capital-light, and we’re ready for the growth.
