Schezwan Rice with Leftover Sabzi
Ghar ki bachi kuchi sabzi? Is mein dum bhi hai, aur taste bhi. Add a spoon of Mamma Says Schezwan chutney, and you have lunch sorted.”
🥄 Ingredients:
1 bowl leftover sabzi (aloo, gobi, palak, bhindi – anything dry works)
1 bowl cooked rice
1 tsp oil or ghee
1 tbsp Mamma Says Schezwan Chutney
Salt (if needed)
Spring onion or coriander (optional)
🔥 Method:
Heat ghee in a pan
Add the sabzi and break it down with spatula
Stir in chutney and let it sizzle
Add rice, toss till well coated
Garnish and serve with curd or salad
Ideal for lazy Sundays, no grocery days, or even tiffin transformation.
