Sourdough Breads.. The meaning of sourdough is the yeast made naturally. The bread taste like bit chewy and bit sour. I wanted to learn this breads from many years.. So I decided to learn and went for the workshop of sourdough and learnt only one Brule.. After learning the sourdough my R and D started and I started making breads of sourdough. First I made Brule. Then I tried sandwich Loaf, then Ladi paav then pizza then Foccacia and my trial ans errors went successful. All sourdough breads started coming perfect after my trial.
So decide to take a Hands-on Workshop for SOURDOUGH with many variations. And HAPPY For the RESULT.. Sharing with you all the pics of my VERY FIRST WORKSHOP CONDUCTED IN PUNE.
