We are looking for experienced people in Planning And Preparation Of Food For 500-1000 customers daily.

POSITIONS:
Head Chef
Assistant Chef
Helper

DUTIES:
Pre preparation & preparation of food according to food handlers guidelines & defined recipes
Label and date all food stored and rotate food as needed
Follow open and close procedures
Keep clean stocked and tidy work space
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
Maintain food quality & taste.
Ready to work in all shifts

CUISINE:
Indian, Chinese, Veg, Non Veg & Desserts

QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of cooking procedures & ingredients
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety rules for using it
Able to work all shifts and holidays
Ability to work in a high pace and hot environment
Must be able to multitask
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
