Only Kitchen Berry Mix is a healthy amalgamation of organic and unsulphured dehydrated berries. Blueberries, cranberries and strawberries are rich in Vitamin K, C and antioxidants and have a good amount of fiber. All the berries contain almost no fat. This berry mix can be eaten on its own, but it finds a place in your oatmeal, salads and are even used in trail mixes. Mix into your smoothies, shakes or use them in baking.
