Authentic Angamaly Meen Curry
(അങ്കമാലി മീൻ കറി) 🍲

Experience the true flavor of Kerala with our signature Masala Koottu! This traditional recipe uses raw mango for that perfect tang.

​Ingredients:
​1/2 Grated Coconut (ground to a fine paste)
​1 Packet Masala Koottu Angamaly Mix
​Fresh Fish & Raw Mango
​650ml Water (divided)

​Quick Method:
​Mix half the coconut paste with 500ml water, masala, and mango. Cook well.
​Add fish once the mango is soft.
​Once the fish is cooked, stir in the remaining coconut paste and 150ml water.
​Bring to a boil and switch off.
​✨ Pro-Tip: As we say in Kerala, this curry tastes even better the next day!

ചേരുവകളും പാചകരീതിയും:
✅ മാങ്ങ: 400 gm (പുളി കുറഞ്ഞത്, ചെറുതായി അരിഞ്ഞത്)

തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന വിധം:
