Wholesome Ragi Halwa 🌾

A nourishing, naturally sweet dessert made with ragi, jaggery, and ghee. Perfect for a quick healthy treat

Ingredients:

½ cup ragi flour (nachni atta)
½ cup grated jaggery
1½ cups water
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp chopped nuts (cashew, badam)
2–3 crushed cardamom (optional)

Method:
1️⃣ Heat 1 tbsp ghee and roast ragi flour on low flame for 3–4 mins.
2️⃣ Slowly add water while stirring to avoid lumps.
3️⃣ Cook till it thickens.
4️⃣ Add jaggery and mix till glossy.
5️⃣ Finish with remaining ghee, cardamom & nuts.
6️⃣ Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.
