Never expected this from !!

Can’t thank you enough for this recommendation on your website and show case millet cookies right on top! Words are simply not enough to share how much this means for us.

We have always believed in a clean food philosophy! When we say no emulsifiers it means no emulsifiers, when we say no refined oil, it means no refined oil.

10 years have passed, we have seen other brands making cookies and doing a lot of optimization on both cost and ingredients. They reduce millet% or replace it with refined oil, emulsifiers are there, natural flavours which are no where natural are there..

Well we have got our reward for sticking to our clean ingredients ethics. And we can’t ask for more :-)

Oh ya, 50% off on our cookies available on our website. Hurry up. Link in the bio!

We use nothing but the best ghee available to make our laddoos - A2 Ghee !

❤️ Procured from local small dairy farms in Pune
❤️ We visit and always check their desi cows
❤️ Lab test every batch of ghee delivered for adulteration with vegetable oil
❤️ All this because our kids deserve nothing but the best!

We are happy to answer any question you have on our foods or processes. Comment away!

Yes Yes. Washing followed by soaking of millets is such a crucial step at . This is something I learnt after interacting with Dr.Khader Valli a decade ago!

Less anti- nutrients
Increased bio-availability of minerals, protein and fiber
Easier to digest especially for little tummies

So we absolutely make this a compulsory step to make our porridge mixes, cookies, teething sticks, laddoos..

Do drop in your questions and we would love to answer them?

Black raisins juice :-) for constipation and anemia.
This is a superfood I discovered after my second delivery. My iron levels was 7 and came back to 12-13 in 3 months. Some tips to make this more effective.

- soak raisins in a copper vessel. Copper enhances iron absorption.
- slightly warm the juice and sip it slowly. Don’t gulp it down in one go.
- Adding ghee does not shoot up your glucose levels and slowly helps the body digest it well
- Don’t use a mixer, just squeezing it all by hands is very good.
- This is a very cooling drink, so great for summers
- Start with 20-25 black raisins and you can go up to 50 raisins when the problem is severe.
- Don’t consume anything else for the next 30 mins.

If you have any questions, please do let me know. Would love to answer them.

Lots of love,
Shalini

That one ingredient that changed everything. 🌿

When we started making Millet Rusks, we were doing everything right — millets, whole wheat flour, no maida. But my mother looked at the refined oil we were using and said, “Why not cold pressed?”

Cold pressed oils were expensive. So we did what any slightly stubborn food-obsessed family would do — we set up our own small cold pressing unit. No solvents. No bleaching agents. No heat. Just pure, clean groundnut oil, pressed the old-fashioned way.

That same oil goes into every single Millet Rusk and Teething Stick we make today.
So your chai time is now completely guilt-free. 🍵✨

No maida. No refined oil. Just millets, whole wheat & cold pressed goodness — the way it should always have been.

You can make your own curd starter at home - the chilli way! Green chilli along with stem is used to create the starter and it’s a traditional process of making the Dahi starter.

Hope you liked it and do ask questions - would love to answer them all.

Don’t be fooled! Yes Palm oil has got a very bad name in the food industry today, and the emerging companies are using this to push their products made with the same category of refined oils - rice bran, cotton seed, sesame, peanut.. all refined. Trust me it is really not better. It has the same dangers of high temperatures, transfer, bleaching agents. Solvents used.

So don’t pay an extra price for this! And if you really want a genuine product that is not fooling you, look for cold pressed oils, butter or ghee in the ingredients.

Hope this helped and raised awareness hidden refined oils :-)

Would love to answer any questions you may have!
