The Grocery by Baba Baidyanath Traders was established on 11th of March 2021 by Mr. Alak Jyoti Buragohain, Mr. Dhanmoni Patowary and Mr. Nilutpol Gogoi and has been in operation in Guwahati, Assam ever since. In the contemporary era, everything is going online and making it easy and handy for the customers to reach a wide range of products at the tip of their fingers through the touch of
their mobile phones. As such keeping the present scenario of COVID-19 in mind, we came up with the concept of supplying home essentials and kitchen supplies at the doorstep of the customers so that everyone can have the edibles at their homes without even having to move themselves. It was seen that due to COVID-19 many people stayed away from families for work and got stuck in different cities away from homes. The homes where mostly their parents (senior citizens) resided without any aid found it difficult to get their groceries at home. So to help combat the issue, we came up with the concept of delivering groceries at the doorsteps of the customers and as such minimizing movement of our customers and keeping in mind their health and safety as a primary concern. We are into delivering high-quality kitchen supplies and daily use products at affordable prices right at our customers’ doorstep on the schedules preferred by them. The products can be ordered through both online and offline mode at the convenience of the customers. We want to give them an array of products to choose from for their daily needs and we believe our company helps them in achieving it. We supply our products to both individual customers as well as restaurants, hostels, paying guests, office canteens etc. We have a highly enthusiast team of marketing as well as distribution of the products to our esteemed customers so that they can enjoy hassle-free service anytime. At the present scenario of COVID-19 cases being at the rise, we have a responsibility towards our clients as well as our employees. As such we are very strict regarding our safety protocols. All the essential items are packed carefully and the delivery boy’s temperature is being checked before the delivery of any orders. It is also ensured that mask, sanitizer and hand gloves are used properly by our delivery personnels so that our customers can depend upon our services. OUR GOAL
Day by day people are becoming more concerned about their health and with the up rise in COVID-19 cases all around, minimizing the movement of our customers (especially senior citizens) and getting the daily essentials at our customers’ doorstep, at whatever time and day scheduled by them is our foremost concern. We also aim at giving them an option to choose from all the available daily supplies at our disposal and helping them get it delivered whenever required by them.
