This frozen Elsa chocolate cake is three layers & filled with ganache,chocolate buttercream,nuts for the lovely 6 year old birthday girl.The outside of the cake is frosted with beautiful buttercream roselets.I got a lot of compliments on how the cake looked & tasted.Every detail on the cake is handcrafted and is edible :)
