Ripe papaya as a vegetable. So easy to prepare as well as healthy and delicious. Heat one tbs of any oil in a pan put one tsp of kalounji salt and Chilli flaks according to taste .put one medium bowl of papaya's small pieces. Add one tbs of sugar. Cover the pan for 15 minutes or cook till the water absorb. Enjoy with poori prantha and chapati.
