What sort of malpractice is Shiprocket up to now Saahil Goel?

Since the past 2 months, we have been trying to get back the unauthorised deduction of RTO charges from our Wallet for International Shipments done through your Brand of services, i.e., "SRX Premium Plus Pro" & "SRX Economy Pro", which your company failed to deliver to its destination, i.e. & , respectively.

But your team, comprising Hitesh Khatter, Zothanpuii .. Abhinav Singh, Amit Dhawan have failed to even reply to my grievance emails.

Also, what I came to know from your customer service is that you're rebranding Asendia's services and charging your B2B customers for that. If your company don't have the capabilities, then perhaps it shouldn't venture into unknown services like International Shipment!

Is the RTO charges, for not delivering my international shipments, a ploy to deduct money from your B2B customers' Wallet, to show increased revenue just before your hashtag plans?

Is this how you're going to treat your B2B customer, mostly MSMEs, by cheating them?

Saahil, you should know that we have stopped using your company's services right now, and are using your competitors' services, who are much more professional and proficient in dealing with International as well as Domestic shipments.
