We have caught the theft being done by Devi Gas Agency. Their employee said that the OTP was not coming and did not deliver the cylinder to us. However, they falsely updated in the system that the cylinder had been delivered. They are selling the gas cylinder illegally in the black market. This agency is openly involved in gas theft. No matter how many complaints we make, no proper action is taken. This is how they are earning money dishonestly.
