'Bonglicious' is an endeavour which started as a fun idea to my mother, Ms. Bishalakhi Ghosh, who wanted to use her passion for cooking to bring the taste of the most well known dishes of Bengali street cuisine to the tables and the taste buds of people visiting the Nature Bazaar started by Dastakar
