Prayer is the pillar of religion and one of the five pillars of Islam, and it is an obligation upon every Muslim man and woman. As for how to perform prayer correctly, it should be noted that prayer in itself is a healthy exercise program for the bones, joints, and muscles, but "healthy prayer" requires performing it with reverence and tranquility, focusing on stability and the proper performance of its pillars such as prostration and bowing.
Steps of correct prayer:
Intention (Niyyah): Its place is in the heart, and it does not require verbal utterance.
Takbirat al-Ihram: Raise your hands to the level of your ears and say "Allahu Akbar" (God is the Greatest).
Standing (Qiyam): Recite Al-Fatihah and then whatever is easy from the Holy Quran.
Bowing (Rukoo): Bow with reverence and
repeat "Subhana Rabbiyal Adheem" (Glory be to my Lord, the Almighty).
Standing upright from bowing (l'tidal): Stand straight and listen for the worshippers. Prostration (Sujood): Prostrate twice in every rak'ah, resting on the seven points of prostration (the forehead, the palms of the hands, the knees, the tips of the toes) and repeat "Subhana Rabbiyal A'la" (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High).

Tashahhud: Recite the Tashahhud in the final rak'ahs.

It increases tranquility and trust in God: Prayer increases the feeling of serenity, tranquility, and self-confidence.
It forbids indecency and evil: It prevents a person from committing sins and misdeeds.
The best exercise program: Prayer is
considered an excellent exercise program for the health of joints, bones, and muscles.
