Longford Farmers Market Longford Farmers Market - we are a group of local food producers from County Longford and the surrounding Counties. The Market is on every Friday 9am-2pm.

Longford Farmers Market was originally set up by Longford Community Resources in May 2004. It quickly became an established market in Longford town and the running of it was soon taken over by the stall holders themselves. The market is now run by a committee of active stall holders. The committee soon realised that the market would be much more popular trading at an outdoor location. Following a

period in Kellehers Yard just off Main Street in Longford Town we moved to our current location on the Market Square in June 2006. We have been trading there every Friday since. We are always looking for new stall holders and would be delighted to hear from anyone interested in joining our market.

Longford Farmers Market have the made decision not to open this Friday, January 24th due to the Status Red Weather Warning in place during market hours.

We are conscious of the safety of our customers & stall holders and feel this is the safest option.

Thank you for your understanding, please stay safe and we’ll be back on the Market Square on January 31st.

All handmade rings fom willow and dogwood. Seasonal foliage and blooms from her own garden and surrounds. Sustainable and compostable. Candles are for display only.
