Inspired by the traditions of the spotted pig from Alcobaça and given a delicious Irish twist, our homemade pie brings together a rich combination of flavours.

Made with roasted pumpkin, beans, caramelised onions, spotted pig chorizo, and creamy mashed potato, it's comforting, hearty, and packed with character.

Made from scratch and perfect for a cosy lunch.

🫒 How it works: • Bring your own board and tell us what you love, and we'll help you build the perfect selection. • No board? No problem! You can purchase one of ours or order a takeaway platter ready to enjoy at home.

🥖 Cheese, cured meats, artisan breads, olives, preserves, and plenty of delicious treats to mix and match.

💚 Minimum spend €20 (perfect for 2 people sharing).

Gather your favourite people, slow down, and enjoy a taste of Portugal and Ireland in the heart of Headford.

What a weekend!
Two amazing days at Headfest are now in the pocket, and while we're definitely tired, we're leaving with full hearts and huge smiles.
Despite the rain, the wind, and the unpredictable Irish weather, so many of you stopped by our stall to taste, chat, shop, and support our small business. Every conversation, every purchase, and every kind word meant so much to us.
A massive thank you to everyone who visited Salt & Stories, to the organisers, and to all the wonderful traders who made the weekend so special.

🌧️✨ Day 1 at Headfest – Done! ✨🌧️
What a day!

Despite the awful weather, we were delighted to see so many friendly faces stopping by our Salt & Stories stall. From olive oils and vinegars to cheeses, pâtés, jams and Portuguese favourites, it was wonderful to share our products and stories with so many of you.
A huge thank you to everyone who visited, tasted, chatted, and supported us today. Your support means the world to our small business. ❤️
The forecast may not have been on our side, but the atmosphere certainly was!
