We specialise in producing top quality beef, lamb and pork from our own farm. We run our farm, adhering to the highest environmental standards, with little in the way of artificial fertilisers or sprays. The farm is stocked in a low density manner to guarantee the best welfare standards. We finish our cattle and lamb exclusively on a grass based diet which ensures the resulting meat has excellent

cooking and eating qualities. Our “field to fork” approach means we have hands on involvement and control in every stage of production. But because we are the primary producers, we can offer this quality to our customers at an affordable price. We also take pride in sourcing other local produce from farms, dairies and artisan makers to bring our customers the unique taste of Irish food at its best.

We are currently looking for a full/part time counter hand depending on the right candidate

We are a busy local butcher shop looking for a friendly and reliable Counter Hand to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.
Duties Include:
Serving customers at the counter
Preparing and packaging orders
Keeping displays clean and well stocked
General shop cleaning and upkeep

The Ideal Candidate:
Has good customer service skills
Is reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Works well as part of a small team
Experience is an advantage but not essential — training can be provided
Flexible hours available, including some weekend work.
