One of the inarguably positive things about the dark evenings is how fun it makes all the lighting and colours in the shop look 🥳

We’ve had a busy week, going from the bank holiday into Halloween, and now a lot of “end of year” deliveries are arriving. So now we’re nesting before the upcoming birthday party

Lots of cool new products to show you in the coming days too!

Oh and the Noma Projects Staff Chili Sauce was the resounding winner of the sample poll, so we’ll open one for you on Thursday and make sure to post a story to remind you… more on that tomorrow 😉

Today marks the one month countdown to our big birthday bash! We hope you’re all coming 🙏

We’ve been (slowly) working on a new system for pricing our items. Mainly because we were driven mad by trying to remember which tiny piece of black card belonged to which item, running out of chalk markers, not having any Blu Tack… but aside from that, we think you deserve to have some helpful information about the product you’re holding; like what it pairs well with, where it comes from, what health benefits it has, what cocktail it works well in… you know yourself, the important stuff 😅

We hope this helps you to get more from what you buy, make informed choices, try out new ways of enjoying your favourite things and maybe learn something you didn’t know!

Meanwhile, we hope it helps us to remember what the hell was on the shelf while we’re restocking. Who knows, maybe it’ll get finished some day soon 😉🤞

Homemade autumnal specials are here!!!! (There’s one accidental batch of our much-loved dark chocolate & cardamom salted hot chocolate, only a pint of ganache left and when it’s gone it’s gone 😅)

Then, introducing our new homemade Sea Salted Dark Hot Chocolate, made using whole dark chocolate solids, organic fresh cream & sea salt. We’ve left out the fresh cardamom from the ganache this time as we are introducing our cardamom spiced latte instead! But you could always add a shot of 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐇𝐀 | 𝐒𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐩 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐭 cardamom syrup to it if you missed it!

Our Cardamom Spiced Latte is a regular espresso based latte with our house spice syrup, a mix of fresh, whole cardamom, star anise, cloves, vanilla, peppercorns, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange peels and all the other good stuff! It’s also our new base for our chai some come try her out ❤️

Tried out the new addition TWENTY TWO DAYS chimichurri on The Village Butcher fillet steak & homemade chips! Just to make sure we could recommend the combo in good conscience 😅

Pairs nicely with the well balanced spices and herbs of Syrah/Cab Franc in Le Rouge, or if you’re looking for something a bit fancier, Alain Graillot’s Crozes-Hermitage would do the job 🤩
