A cocktail to make this summer called Gin Blush with Gareth Mullins
Ingredients
10 Raspberries
50ml Gin
25ml Sugar Syrup
100ml Apple Juice
20ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
5 Raspberries on a Skewer, to Garnish
Method
Pre-chill the glass by placing it in the freezer.
Muddle the fresh raspberries in the bottom of a shaker.
Add the gin, apple juice, lemon juice, and sugar syrup to the shaker and dry shake (no ice).
Add lots of ice to the shaker and shake again.
Strain into the pre-chilled glass.
Garnish with the raspberry skewers.
