🥶 Have you noticed the chill over the last couple of nights?

The temperatures have definitely dropped… so it’s time to get the proper comfort food on! ❤️

How about a lovely, creamy Beef Stroganoff for dinner tonight?

Tender strips of Irish beef, mushrooms, garlic and a rich, creamy sauce… served over a big pile of creamy Dijon mash. 😍

Now THAT sounds like a dinner that could warm you right through!

It’s a lovely recipe from Bord Bia’s Irish Beef and one we think is perfect for these colder evenings.

👉 Pick up your beef at Sheelin Meats and give it a go tonight.

A little hug for your belly. 🤗🥩
