🍎 Family Dinner Club — Recipe #15
Autumn Pork, Apple & Mustard Traybake

The graphic above includes the full ingredients and method.
👨‍🍳 Method
1. Prepare – Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan.
2. Make the glaze – Mix wholegrain mustard, honey, olive oil, crushed garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
3. Prepare the tray – Add baby potatoes, carrots, red onion and sliced apples to a roasting tray. Drizzle with oil and season.
4. Add the pork – Place the pork chops on top and brush generously with the mustard & honey glaze.
5. Roast – Cook for 35–45 minutes, turning the pork once, until cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
6. Rest & serve – Rest the pork for 5 minutes, then serve with the roasted apples and vegetables.
🥩 Butcher's Tip: Don't overcook the pork. Let it rest for a few minutes after cooking to keep it tender and juicy.
