But we still managed to save a few jars for the shop tomorrow! Made with toasted pumpkin & sunflower seeds,extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice & sea-salt - and we've made sure it goes with everything! 🌱💚

Every day I'm in the shop we have lively discussions about food being our best medicine!
Traditional foods and fermented foods can boost our terrain or gut flora and thereby boost our immune systems, helping with all sorts of conditions from allergies and toxicity to digestion and inflammation.
I firmly believe our bodies want to heal, and they just need the right ingredients to do so!

Hopefully this work-shop will help simplify health, and we can all enjoy some tasty foods & drinks in the process 🌞

P.S. I will also have some kefir grains and kombucha scobies to give to anyone who wants to make their own fermented drinks.

🍊It's citrus season in Europe so the tastiest time to stock up on vitamin C from blood oranges and clementines - just when we all need it!

Happy Christmas to all our lovely customers 🎄✨️We'll be in the shop as usual today (Thurs), Fri & Sat 9.30 to 17.30 and then for order collections on Monday & Tuesday 12 - 3pm ✨️
Our suppliers will all be back to normal from the 2nd week in January, so we'll be in again, fully stocked, on Thursday, 8th Jan.

Only one day left to hound (pun intended!) our local TD's to do the right thing and ban fox-hunting in Ireland!

I realise there is so much horrendous stuff going on in the world but this is something we can actually stop, it's local and it's about speaking up for our wildlife and our countryside. I saw a video of a fox hunt a while back and I couldn't believe what I was seeing, there were children there with their parents and the poor fox was dragged from his den, his habitat. There has been a lot of talk about how fox-hunting is a colonial pursuit. Most of the horrendous stuff that is going on in the world is colonial, land grabbing leading to habitat loss both human and animal.
Since myself and Eddie joined in to help campaign for this ban, we have had a beautiful fox come to our garden at dawn, and at dusk, sitting patiently waiting for a share of the cat food. It has been very special. 🧡🦊🧡
