Vége a nyári szünetnek, a sajtok visszatértek. 🧀

Szeptember 1-jén, kedden újranyitunk — friss francia szállítmánnyal: nyárvégi kecskesajtok, az első hegyi tommes, és persze minden klasszikus, amit egész nyáron kerestetek.

Köszönjük a türelmet a zárva tartás alatt — várunk benneteket a pultnál!

The holidays are over, and the cheese is back. We're reopening on Tuesday, 1 September, with fresh deliveries from France: late-summer goat cheeses, the first mountain tommes, and all the classics you've been asking us about all summer. Thank you for your patience while we were closed — we can't wait to see you at the counter again.

🧀 Accord du mois : Chèvre & Sauvignon Blanc de Nouvelle-Zélande

Cet été, on marie la fraîcheur lactée de nos chèvres à la vivacité exotique d'un Sauvignon Blanc néo-zélandais bien frais. Un accord simple, direct, parfait pour l'apéro sur la terrasse.
