Day 9! Does ‘sarsi’ canned drink or Root Beer ring a bell to you? Besides being a key ingredient in a refreshing beverage, Sarsaparilla Root is packed full of minerals and high in iron!

Known to have the highest concentration of iron in plants, it is widely used for its medicinal benefits!

Iron is the blood’s food supply and the blood is the medium of transport for oxygen to the brain and the rest of the body. So it is essential!

Iron is seen as a magnetic mineral that pulls other minerals to it. Herbs or plants rich in iron have adequate amounts of other minerals in balanced proportions. This is why sarsaparilla is so potent!
