Fleur de Sel sea salt is most often sprinkled on baked goods and chocolates as a "finishing touch," balancing sweetness, adding crunch and flavor layers, and is especially suitable for caramel chocolate, brownies, or cookies.

This Fleur de Sel sea salt comes from the Camargue salt pans in southern France. It is made from fine "salt flakes" gently scooped from the sea surface during crystallization, resulting in a soft and delicate texture and a mild, non-overpowering saltiness.

It's perfect as a finishing salt: sprinkle it on steak, roasted vegetables, bread, caramel desserts, or chocolates before serving to enhance aroma and flavor layers, providing a slight crunch and a more complex taste.

This extract is convenient to use, rich and balanced in flavor (containing at least 28% roasted coffee dry matter), without bitterness or alcohol. It's perfect for adding to doughs, creams, or fillings, and blends stably into cakes, cookies, mousses, buttercream, or tiramisu.
The professionally recommended range is 20-25g per kilogram, or slightly wider at 32-40g per kilogram, to ensure a rich, non-bitter flavor. Practical Application Guidelines:
