Ebesowàna Chocolates!
We harvest, ferment and dry cocoa beans, sort, roast, crack, winnow, grind, conch, temper small batches of beans. Then we mold and wrap each bar by hand. By sourcing high quality cocoa and carefully crafting small batches, we strive to bring out the individual nuances of each bean. Andrew roasts these beans to bring out their uniquely tangy fruity aromas.
We support local farmers and women's groups by sourcing beans from them as well as working with our own beans. We offer support in terms of training for women's groups in the art of chocolate making, fermentation and dehydration of varying natural foods.

Support us as we help to grow the cocoa industry in Guyana 🙂.
