11 years ago I was winning the uk pastry open, giving me a qualification to be in the UK Pastry team at the world pastry cup. Time has passed but the memory of the intensity and adrenaline that you get when competing is still intact ! I do recommend to any pastry chef to compete, not necessarily to win but to challenge yourself, push to be better. It’s all an amazing experience.

Thank you everyone , it means a lot and thanks James and Matt for picking up the award for us 👏👏👏🥳

Hello,
Just a quick message because some people though this was a scam but it’s not.
We created another page « Florian poirot online orders » to be able to advertise because Facebook has restricted the advertising on our page (we are trying to resolve it!).
So to be able to advertise we had to create another page.
So no worries it takes you to our website that is secured. Many thanks for your understanding and thank you Hilary to point it out.
