Finishing touches very own wagyu body of beef all prepped and delivered at the weekend. Was very lucky for them to spare a steak for me to keep, even with barely any ageing the flavour & tenderness was phenomenal. A true testament to how they rear their own cattle 🙌🏼

The cuts are now on display in their very own salt ager in if you get the opportunity to try one I would recommend you snap it up 🥩

Was an absolute pleasure breaking down & butchering a Wagyu body of beef from our friends at ready for them to display and serve in 🥩

Created a little display of just a few of the unbelievable cuts we got off this animal (more to follow).

Superb quality meat, reared on their own estate, slaughtered by John Penny & sons and butchered by yours truly 🙌🏼
