Pop into The Ranch Farm Shop and warm up with your favourite brew, freshly made breakfast, or something from our lunch menu. This week’s Sandwich of the Week is our Club Sandwich, packed with all the classics and proving very popular already.

We’re also busy preparing for our first Bistro Thursday evening service. Bookings are now open via the link in our bio , available every Thursday. BYOB! Or soft and hot drinks can be purchased on site.

✨ This week’s sweet treats ✨

💚 Pistachio & Scottish Raspberry Cake – a beautifully moist pistachio sponge layered with vibrant Scottish raspberries, finished with a delicate pistachio crumb for the perfect balance of nutty and fruity flavours.

🍒 Cherry Bakewell Cake – inspired by the classic British favourite, featuring light almond sponge, sweet cherry compote, and a hint of marzipan flavour, topped with flaked almonds and glacé cherries.

🍋 Lemon Millionaire’s Shortbread – buttery shortbread layered with silky caramel and zesty lemon, finished with smooth white chocolate for a bright, indulgent twist on the classic.

This week’s desserts at The Rancher’s Sweet Tooth 🍰

🍓 Strawberry Oat Bars
Sweet, jammy strawberries tucked between buttery oat layers. Enjoyed as they are or warmed up with a generous portion of custard, especially with this weather doing its best to keep us guessing. 🥴

🍋 Lemon & Raspberry Cake
A light, moist lemon sponge layered with cream cheese frosting, homemade lemon curd and raspberry jam. Fresh, bright and full of flavour. This time, we’ve left out the poppy seeds, making it a great option for those who missed out last time when we had it on the counter.

🍫 Rocky Road
Freshly made and back on the counter. Rich chocolate, plenty of texture and always one of the first things to disappear.

✨ Millionaire’s Shortbread
The regular favourite. Buttery shortbread, homemade caramel and chocolate. Simple, classic and somehow never stays on the shelf for very long.

ℹ️❗️ A little heads-up: the ranch will only be open until **Friday (inclusive)** this week and will be closed over the weekend. ❗️ℹ️

Fresh, creamy and light with toasted coconut bringing warmth and texture alongside the sweetness of the white chocolate.
