As owner of his delicatessen and as a restaurateur he has a wealth of knowledge about the traditional flavours of Italy, not only what to eat, but how - he is strong advocate of taking time to truly enjoy good food and the good life that comes with it. A strong believer in specialist artisan and local producers, Tommaso seeks out the best in Italian fine foods that he can share with his customers. With close links not only to his native Puglia, but with producers throughout Italy, he is able to make available hard to come by authentic products.
