The Company combines Yorkshire-grown wheat with traditional Italian pasta-making methods. Bronze-die extruded and slowly dried, it has a superb texture and holds sauces beautifully. It’s proper artisan pasta made right here in Yorkshire and available here at the deli.

The recipes and methods have been unchanged for over 40 years, using this knowledge and experience passed down along with small batch bakes to ensure consistency and quality of each cake, along with locally and British sourced ingredients where possible. The newer and more contemporary additions to the range continue the established standards for quality.
