N E W S from the shop!
✨ Wow, what a weekend! It’s taken a long shift from Rikki & myself today to get our food shelves filled up again and restocked!
Thank you for turning up, supporting us, buying your groceries, requesting items, adding your own bulk buys to our Suma order and raiding the fridge all weekend!
The shelves have been restocked of all essential items and groceries (minus the elusive bay leaves 🍃) We’ve also some seasonal goodies starting to appear 🍁
I’m talking chai spices, nutmeg and cinnamon flavours - Not the dreaded C word! 😅 If you want mince pies you need to wait a couple more weeks, I can’t be looking at them in September i’ll end up eating them 🥧
Back ON THE SHELVES:
Nut roasts - Laundry Sheets - Toilet Fizzers- Eco Bleach - Citric Acid - Thai Basil - Galangal - Fruit Juices - Coconut Water - Thai Cutry Pastes - Poppadoms - White Mausu - Nut Butters - Instant Coffees - Vegan Cheeses - Pot Brushes - Kitchen Towels - Dishwasher Tabs - Interdentals - Toothpastes - Electric Toothbrush Heads - Vegan Chocolate Peanut M&Ms - Matcha Chocolate - Matcha Powder - Noodles of all kinds!
Oh and there’s also new copper tongue scrapers and floss picks as newcomers to the dental shelves. 🪥
There is a whole heap more groceries wise! - but you will just have to pop into store or head to the website and place an order to know more ♥️🍁
Lastly, I’ll leave you with this beautifully illustrated list of veg in season!🥬🥕
Don’t forget we are back delivering this Thursday and there is still time to order until 7pm tomorrow!
Thank you & see you all Thursday

Tonight, the sky is putting on a show! ✨
At around 7pm, a partial solar eclipse will sweep across the UK, the Moon covering up to 90% of the Sun as it sets in the west. It's the closest we'll get to a total eclipse for decades, so it felt right to mark it with a little colour of our own.
Here's how to catch it:
🌅 Look west, low on the horizon, from about 7-8pm
🕶️ Never look directly at the sun ☀️
🌊 Find an open spot with a clear view, coastlines and high ground are best so Dorset is looking like a super place to be (when is it not?!)
If you’ve been feeling in a rut, low, not acting on plans, talking yourself out of good ideas, with Jupiter sitting right there you can close the gap between your intention and action.
🧘‍♀️ However you're watching tonight, we hope the sky gives you something beautiful. ♥️
