14 year old Hereford beef.
Côte de boeuf and ribeye cut thick and left to do what proper beef should.

Deep, nutty fat. Dark red meat. The sort of steak that fills the kitchen before it even hits the pan.

And if you’re waiting for Scottish weather to barbecue, you’ll never eat it.
Get the coals lit anyway.
