100% grass fed. That means our cows are given nothing but grass to eat. For their whole lives. And nothing else.
This could be out at pasture, when the grass is growing in the fields, or hay or haylage, harvested in the summer and fed to the cows during the winter months.
As they eat nothing else but grass, this means that they mature and grow slower, and in turn creates that beautiful rich taste that melts in your mouth. 🤤

The next online drop of our sell-out Dexter beef goes live on Monday 2nd February at 6:30pm. 🥩

We’ve been working hard all week, and we are excited to say that our next beef re-stock will go online tomorrow, Monday 17th November at 18:30.

This was a slightly smaller animal this time but the meat is looking absolutely incredible so we know you are all going to go crazy for it! These Dexter cattle may be small but the meat is really something special, that’s for sure.
Don’t panic though, we will have one more re-stock before Christmas if you can’t get everything you need this time. 👍

How things have changed in the last few years!

6 years ago today I was on stage in Canada, taking part in a rugby league Q&A for Toronto Wolfpack.

COVID put an end to that transatlantic adventure and opened the door for another one at

I'm still heavily involved with rugby league through my work at , helping them to achieve their goals on and off the field but it's Linthwaite Farm that is now my day job. No big city lights here.

There's really not that much difference between herding cattle and coaching rugby players. The similarities are uncanny 😂

Let's see what the next 6 years bring.
