After Months.... years infact, of complaints, disruption and wet feet, the "Polmorla Puddle" may be no more!

We are all delighted that this access is open again and seeing lots of passing trade through the Walk in our beautiful town of Wadebridge!

The guys have worked hard and we are please to say its looking great! 🏆

Thankyou all for your patience and for supporting all of our small business throughout the walk, it really does help and make a difference to us in Polmorla Walk. 😊

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 Latest update 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

So this morning on viewing the Groundworks being undertaken so far.... its certainly making progress!
And has been blocked off appropriately. 🚫

However, some of the signage (installed by the Groundworks company) by the The Wadebridge Bike Shop is a little misleading, indicating that the footpath is closed.... Yes, to a point it is, but more of a "dead end".
(We have certainly seen people turning around thinking they can't get to the other businesses in Polmorla Walk)

ALL BUSINESSES are open as usual and we are working hard to help your shopping experience be as smooth as possible.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our regular customers and Visitors, for making the Extra effort to get to us today. 🙏😊

🚨🚨🚨 🚨🚨 The Polmorla Puddle 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

After many years or this "Puddle" being an issue for many customers trying to access the Walk, we have finally been notified, that work will finally begin to solve this ongoing issue.
After many investigations and surveys trying to locate the problem, we now know that the original drainage will be replaced and relocated to another drain.
This will mean that this enterance will be impassable for customers and deliveries.

This will begin (we're told) on Monday 8th June and last for approximately one week.

You can still access all businesses via "The Platt" road entrance, In-between The Wadebridge Bike Shop and Petz of Wadebridge.

From Glanvilles, its a 2-3 min walk to get to us at Off The Hook opposite The Butchers Bakehouse.

With the Royal Cornwall Show beginning this week, we would just like you to know that we are open as usual Tuesday - Friday 10am - 4pm, but we are closed this Saturday 6th June.

We will be Back on Tuesday 9th June.
