If you've got Loving Foods Fermented Kimchi in the fridge, try this incredible Kimchi Scrambled Eggs & Avo on Toast 🥑🍳

You'll need:
• 1 tsp oil
• 2 eggs, beaten
• Large handful of spinach
• 1–2 slices bread of choice
• ½ avocado
• 1-2 tbsp Loving Foods Fermented Kimchi with Turmeric & Black Pepper
• Chilli flakes/salt to sprinkle

Heat the oil in a pan and swirl to coat. Add your beaten eggs and reduce the heat to medium-low. Keep stirring as they cook, then throw in the spinach towards the end to wilt. Remove from the heat.

Toast your bread and spread with butter or margarine if you like. Layer on the sliced avocado, top with your scrambled eggs and a generous spoonful of kimchi. Finish with chilli flakes or salt and enjoy! 🌶️

Optional: sneak in some crispy bacon between the avo and eggs, or swap the spinach for kale.

This World Environment Day, we’re thinking about ecosystems. Not just the ones around us, but the ones inside us, too.

Your gut microbiome is a living community shaped by what you eat, how you live, and the diversity of plants you consume. And just like the natural world, healthier ecosystems thrive on balance, variety, and care.

That’s why we believe organic ingredients and traditional fermentation matter.

Fermentation is one of the oldest forms of natural food preservation: low waste, low processing, and powered by beneficial microbes that have worked alongside humans for generations.

Healthy soil. Diverse plants. Living foods. A healthier gut.

It’s all connected 🌱

Here's something worth sitting with: around 70-80% of your immune cells live in your gut.

Not your bloodstream. Not your lymph nodes. Your gut.

The microbiome isn't a wellness buzzword. It's a living, shifting community that trains your immune system, produces anti-inflammatory compounds, and keeps your gut lining intact. And the good news? It responds well to small, consistent changes.

More plants. More variety. Fermented foods regularly. A little less stress where you can. Not glamorous, but genuinely powerful.

Swipe through to see how it all connects.

Did you know your gut and immune system were this closely linked? We'd love to know what surprised you most.

2 truths and a lie… sauerkraut edition 👀❤️

1️⃣ Sauerkraut contains naturally occurring live cultures
2️⃣ Sauerkraut was originally created in Germany
3️⃣ Sauerkraut can support digestive health

Which one is the lie? 🤔

Your immune system starts in your gut ❤️

Around 70–80% of immune cells live there, which is why gut health is about far more than digestion.

Support your gut, support your immune system 👀

It's World Digestive Health Day 🌍 and this year's theme is: Chronic Diarrhea, Don't Flush the Signs Away.
Not the most glamorous topic, but an important one. Too many people write off persistent bloating, discomfort and irregular bowel habits as just "how their stomach is." Your gut is trying to tell you something and it's worth listening 👂
The good news? Feeding your microbiome the right things daily, live cultures, prebiotic fibre, anti-inflammatory foods, can make a real difference to how your digestive system functions.
It starts with what's on your plate 🥦

Thoughtfully made. Traditionally fermented. Fully organic ❤️

Nothing means more to us than hearing how our food becomes part of your daily routine.

Starting something new doesn't have to mean overhauling everything.

When it comes to fermented foods, small and consistent beats big and overwhelming every time. A forkful of sauerkraut with lunch. A small glass of kombucha in the afternoon. A spoonful of kimchi alongside dinner. That's genuinely enough to begin.

Your gut doesn't need a grand gesture. It just needs you to show up, a little bit, every day.

Swipe through for the simple framework we always come back to.

🥬 Sauerkraut vs Ruby Kraut: What's the difference?
Same fermented goodness… totally different vibe.

White cabbage vs red cabbage + beetroot
Bright, tangy, clean vs earthy, slightly sweet & spiced

One is an ancient European staple, made for everyday simplicity.
The other is a modern artisan twist, closer to a ready-to-eat fermented side salad.

Choose Sauerkraut for maximum tang & a neutral daily staple
Choose Ruby Kraut for more flavour and a richer, spiced profile

Same tradition. Two very different ways to enjoy it. ❤️
